Greetings Community Garden Members!
The bylaws (see below for pdf. file) have been carefully, thoughtfully, and
thoroughly written and approved by the Board of Directors of the
Calimesa Community Garden.
As a current plot holder in good standing, you will have an opportunity
to vote for the adoption of these bylaws at the Calimesa Community
Garden meeting scheduled for 5:30pm on February 19, 2010.
In preparation for the meeting please read the proposed bylaws. Should
you have a question or motion to change any part of these proposed
bylaws, please submit your question or proposed motion via email or
post by February 17.
This process will help expedite bylaw adoption, so that the Calimesa
Community Garden can proceed with obtaining non-profit status.
